Meet the Team
Rosie Bilton
Rosie is a screenwriter and producer with experience in developing projects alongside BAFTA-winning directors, writers, and producers. Her work spans historical, comedy, crime, and thriller dramas, with a strong focus on characters outside the mainstream, working-class narratives, and regionally specific storytelling. Drawing inspiration from her upbringing in the north of England, Wales, Scotland and Surrey within a neurodivergent family, she crafts stories rich in outsider and alternative perspectives.

An alumnus of the Bedlam Theatre, Edinburgh, Rosie has a background in performance, having starred in various theatre productions, including the Fringe First award-winning Last Supper of Dr Faustus, as well as roles in a variety of comedies. She was the organiser of FebFest, an intensive two-week festival of new writing staged at the Bedlam, Netherbow, and Traverse theatres.
In the boutique sales agency One Eyed Films, she helped to develop various Latin American projects including director Pablo Larrain’s Tony Manero; Aluizio Abranches’ From Beginning to End; Odilon Rocha’s Prime Time Soap and Mojica Marins’ Embodiment of Evil.
