Will Johnstone

Will leads the music arm of Enfant Terrible, overseeing the creation of music for commercials, films, and television. As a seasoned music producer, writer, and artist development specialist, Will brings a wealth of experience and creativity to every project. His music has been part of the Extreme Music library (now owned by Sony Music Publishing) since 1997, and his compositions have featured in high-profile television commercials for global brands like Coca-Cola, BMW, and Dyson. Will’s music has been used in a variety of film and television productions including The Beach and American Horror Story.

Rosie Bilton

Rosie Bilton is an award-winning screenwriter and producer with extensive experience in developing projects alongside BAFTA-winning directors, writers, and producers. Her work spans historical, comedy, crime, and thriller dramas, with a strong focus on characters outside the mainstream, working-class narratives, and regionally specific storytelling. Drawing inspiration from her upbringing in the north of England, Wales, and Scotland within a neurodivergent family, she crafts stories rich in voice, perspective, and emotional depth.

An alumnus of the Bedlam Theatre, Edinburgh, Rosie has a background in performance, having starred in various theatre productions, including the Fringe First award-winning Last Supper of Dr Faustus, as well as comedic roles in A Play About a Chair and 0=1. She was also the organiser of FebFest, an intensive two-week festival of new writing staged at the Bedlam, Netherbow, and Traverse theatres.

 

Awards & Recognition

Winner of Theatre503’s RWR Script Competition for the musical comedy play Beyond Neverland.

Winner of the Arcola Theatre SLAM Competition with the monologue 3AM.

Winner of the Wild Duck Theatre Competition for The Tulip Hunters, a 20-minute historical crime radio drama, distributed as part of the Short Stories for Short Journeys strand.

Accepted onto the prestigious Curtis Brown Creative Television Development Course (2025).

Dave Reeve

David Reeve is an award-winning director, videographer, and editor with over 15 years of experience crafting compelling visual narratives across film, documentary, and branded content. His projects often explore themes of nature, identity, and social change, drawing from his extensive experience in filmmaking, journalism, and editorial leadership.

 

As a former magazine editor at Where the Leaves Fall and Village Raw, Dave has a deep understanding of storytelling across multiple platforms. His portfolio includes cinematic trailers, short-form social media content, and long-form documentaries, with a strong focus on environmental and sustainability narratives.

Projects include the feature documentary Y/our Music, which won Best International Feature at MUVI Lisboa and was nominated for Best Documentary at the Thailand National Film Awards. Minute Bodies: The Intimate World of F. Percy Smith was performed with a live score at venues including The Barbican and was released by BFI in the UK and Icarus Films in the US. The short documentary Larry and Janet Move Out was described by The Guardianas “a moving account of one couple’s plight, a social commentary for our times.”

Dave’s music video work includes numerous promos for UK band Tindersticks, amassing over 1.5 million views on YouTube and contributing to the band’s continued success. Dave has also created content for brands such as BFI, Arrow Films, Lionsgate, Tinopolis, BBC, Channel 4, ITV, V&A, Royal Academy, Sotheby’s, John Lewis, Clinique, Cosmopolitan, Sony, Panasonic, MS Society, ActionAid, and Fight Inequality.
